PRIVACY ON PERSONAL DATA ACCORDING TO LAW DECREE 196/2003 We inform you, pursuant to art.13of law decree on June 30,2003, No 196 (Code on personal data protection), that Teknalsystem will proceed as follows: the processing of personal data supplied by you in respect of the rights, liberty and fundamental dignity of people, with particular reference to privacy and personal identity and in the respect of regulation on protection of personal data. The conferment of data is optional but refusal to provide those indicated by an asterisk, determines the impossibility to access to services offered by us. The personal data you provide are collected and managed in a computerized way and treated, also by means of electronic or automated means, directly and/or through delegated third parties (i.e. companies with proven reliability and specialized in home delivery, in mailing and data entry)for the following purposes: 1.purposes connected to the execution, management and payment of the purchase order; 2. promotions and forwarding of advertising and informative material, also including the use of electronic mail, only if the customer has given his consent by ticking in the registration phase, the space "Newsletter" ; 3.performance of obligations in accordance with laws, regulations and European Community rules. In any case your data will be not disclosed (except to companies for home delivery, mailing and data entry), or sold to third parties. The data could be known, as responsible persons or agents, only by persons specifically designated and operating at Teknalsystem offices. According to Article 7 of Law Degree of June 30, 2003, No. 196,you are entitled to obtain confirmation of whether or not the existence of personal data concerning you, even not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form as well as the indication of: - origin of personal data; - the purpose and methods of treatment; - the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the use of electronic means; - the identity of the owner and managers; - the recipients and categories of person to whom the data may be communicated or the persons which may become as managers or agents. You are also entitled to obtain: 1. updating, rectification or , when interested, the integration of data; 2. the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, blocking of data unlawfully processed, including data which do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; 3. The certification that the operations described at points 1. and 2. have been known, including their contents, by those persons to whom the data have been communicated and disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate use of means in respect of the protected right. You are finally entitled to object, in whole or partly: 1. for legitimate reasons, to the processing of your personal data, even if they are pertinent to the collection purposes; 2. to the processing of your personal, for the purpose of sending advertising or direct selling materials or for carrying out market surveys or commercial communications.
